1. WARRANTY PERIOD: Three (3) years from the date of purchase by the original purchaser for products made of galvanneal steel.  Labor to replace, repair, or install defective material will be covered for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.  Products not made of galvanneal steel are warranted for 180 days from the date of purchase by the original purchaser.  This Warranty applies only on products purchased after June 1, 1995.

3. WHO RECEIVES THIS WARRANTY (PURCHASER):
 The original purchaser (other than for purposes of resale) receives this warranty

.4. WHAT IS COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY:
Defects in material and workmanship, which occur during the warranty period on Chip Bodies and Utility Tree Vehicles including rust-through of products, made of galvanneal steel.

5. WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY:
Misused, abused, altered, or damaged products; products used to carry corrosive materials resulting in rust-through; products used by the original purchaser in prime paint condition; products purchased and used outside the U.S. and Canada; and items supplied by arbortech such as chassis, lift-gates, cranes, chassis modifications, etc.  Bodies must be installed correctly, not misused or operated improperly.  Installations done by others will not be covered by this warranty.

6. RESPONSIBILITY OF WARRANTOR UNDER THIS WARRANTY:
Repair or replacement, at Warrantor's option, of this product or any component thereof for damage covered under this limited warranty.  Warrantor reserves the right to inspect products under this warranty to determine the cause of any damage to the product.  Inspection shall, at Warrantor's option, be performed at Warrantor's factory, or at such other place as may be designated by Warrantor, and in such event freight for returning products shall be paid by original purchaser.

7. RESPONSIBILITY OF PURCHASER UNDER THIS WARRANTY:
Purchaser is expected to exercise reasonable care in the use of this product.  If the purchaser believes that any damage to the product is covered under the warranty, Purchaser should contact Warrantor at the above telephone number.  If Warrantor determines that inspection of the product is necessary, Purchaser shall be responsible for payment of freight charges related to such inspection.

8. DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES; LIMITATIONS OF REMEDIES:

THERE ARE NOT OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, GIVEN BY a FOR THIS PRODUCT.  IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHNATABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMED, a IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS, DAMAGE, OR EXPENSE THAT MAY RESULT FROM THE USE OR MISUSE OF THIS PRODUCT.  THE PURCHASER'S REMEDIES FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, OR EXPENSE RESULTING FROM THE USE OR MISUSE OF THIS PRODUCT ARE LIMITED THOSE EXPRESSED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary, from state to state.  Some states do not allow disclaimers of or limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above disclaimer and limitation may not apply to you.
